So go ahead. Eat your food with joy, and drink your wine with a happy heart, for God approves of this!.” – Ecclesiastes 9:7


Throughout the life and ministry of Jesus we see him sitting down to break bread and to teach. During these uncertain times the fear of scarcity sometimes can make the simple act of buying and eating our food stressful. God is telling us and Jesus showed us that it should instead be an opportunity to sit with our families, give thanks for our daily bread, and spend quality time with those we love. Make and eat healthy meals together. Eating healthy and doing it together benefits your physical and mental health. Jesus also used those moments to teach. Let us do the same. Jesus chose as one of his last acts here on Earth to share a meal with the 12. He taught the disciples and us through that Passover meal to make eating and nutrition an act of worship. Make food and meal time a time of blessing and giving thanks every day. Here is resource for recipes and other health/nutrition ideas:

Walk 5 min. for warmup (neighborhood, stairs, in-place)

Execute each exercise one after another without rest. Repeat Circuit 2-3 times.
